Can I customize my order?

You can create a custom Flock order by ordering individual hooks available in various sizes, colors, and styles. We have some capacity to create custom pieces (within the current color scheme). If you have an idea, contact us to see if we can help bring it to life.

Can I get a color sample?

At this time, we are not able to provide samples of the wool from our ball hooks, but if there’s another way we can help answer your color questions, please contact us!

How to take care of Flocks?

Wool naturally repels dirt and moisture, but if your hooks need a little more than that, just wipe gently with a cool damp cloth.

How much can these hooks hold?

We're located in Michigan, and these hooks can handle any winter coat that we've thrown their way! The hardware is rated for 50+ lbs, and they are sturdy enough to handle daily use.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 2 hours of ordering (email is best) to change or cancel your order. We try to ship out items as soon as possible (within 2 days), but if we can catch your request before then, we are happy to change it up for you!

Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

These are great house warming, birthday, and baby shower gifts! All Flocks are nicely packaged and ready for presentation. We will ship your order without any price indications. If you have any further gifting requests, contact us, and happy gifting!

What is your shipping policy?

We are excited for you to receive your purchase!  We offer free USPS First Class shipping on orders over $35; otherwise it is a $5 flat rate fee. Orders over $150 receive a free upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping. We ship within 2-5 days using USPS Priority Mail. Our processing time is 2-5 days.

Can I ship internationally?

Yes! Please complete our Contact Us Form, and we will respond with a more accurate estimate for shipping rates and delivery times.

What is your return policy?

At York&Lamb, we want every purchase to be a positive experience. We stand behind the quality of our products and will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. We will accept returns on products if they are returned within 30 days of customer receipt, a valid proof of purchase is provided, and items are returned in good condition. Customer pays return shipping. We are not able to accept returns on custom orders.

How Can I track my order?

You will automatically be sent a tracking number once your order ships.

Do I need buy hardware?

Hardware is included with each order, which can be used for a basic install for a variety of surfaces (drywall, wood, brick, etc.).

If you are installing through drywall and into a stud, we recommend extra long hangar bolts (3.5") which can be purchased on our site as well.

Flock hooks are handcrafted in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
